Cancellation Rights (Distance Selling)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations:
- You have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel your order for any reason, starting from the day you receive your product.
- To cancel, inform us in writing via email (info@vortexiq.store) or by letter to our registered address. Include your order number and reason for cancellation (optional).
- Return the product to us within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories and manuals.
How to Return a Product
- Step 1: Contact us at info@vortexiq.store or +44 7733 789804 to initiate a return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Step 2: Package the product securely, including the RMA number on the package, and ship it to our return address (provided upon request).
- Step 3: Use a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrectly delivered.
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
- Refunds cover the product price only, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent) or a defective product, in which case we will also refund return shipping costs.
Faulty or Incorrect Products
- If a product arrives damaged, defective, or does not match its description, notify us within 30 days of delivery.
- We will provide a prepaid return label and offer a full refund (including shipping costs), a replacement, or a repair, depending on your preference and in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- For defects discovered after 30 days but within the warranty period (typically 1 year), contact us to arrange a repair or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Products that have been used, damaged, or modified by the customer.
- Items without original packaging, accessories, or manuals.
